FIBRODAH TM fiber-cement tile is a modern and environmentally friendly building material in the form of sheets, which has high strength and wear resistance. The roof is made of raw materials, which include:

• cement – to give the structure resistance to environmental influences;
• fiber, which acts as internal reinforcement and increases the strength and flexibility of the product;
• mineral fillers, thanks to which the mixture is easier to process;
• cellulose, to strengthen the product, as well as maintain its flexibility.

Fiber cement is a unique material of the composite type, from which fiber cement sheets are made. In addition to the FIBRODAH coating, the accompanying roof components are produced: standard side parts, slats, special ridge elements and the immediate outer parts of the ridge itself.

Features of fiber cement tiles FIBRODAH

The roof looks like an ordinary slate thanks to the waves that give the product strength. As for other operational possibilities, the fiber cement roof is advantageously different from slate and other coverings.

The FIBRODAH roof is often called a fiber cement tile. It is made in the form of wavy sheets in a variety of colors. It is produced in three series (Classic, Renaissance, Modern), which have different height, weight, usable area, number of sheets per square meter. Despite the diversity of the model range, all fiber cement roofs have common characteristics.

• The material is quite simply cut using a working tool.
• FIBRODAH coating can be laid at any angle, even where there is a steep roof slope.
• Fiber-cement tiles have optimal dimensions, corner sections and holes, which provides easy, fast and convenient installation.
• Sheets are perfect for covering roofs with complex geometry.
• The material has a pronounced aesthetic component, which is much more interesting than other analogues.

FIBRODAH slate and fiber-cement tiles do not contain harmful chemicals that can harm people and the environment. Even more, directly the process of manufacturing the coating does not involve residual secondary raw materials.

Fiber-cement roofing is attached to the battens using special self-tapping screws that look like traditional screws for working with corrugated board or metal tiles. However, the specificity of constructions for working with FIBRODAH consists in a special thread, which facilitates screwing without violating the integrity of the sheets. Also, each self-tapping screw has a rubber gasket to create tightness. In other words, both the material and its parts involve a perfect assembly with all the favorable consequences.
