TM FIBRODAH Fiber Cement Tile – modern and environmentally friendly building material in the form of sheets having high durability and wear resistance. The roof is made of the following raw materials:

• Cement – gives high environmental resistance properties;
• Fiber – gives internal reinforcement and increases the strength and flexibility of the product;
• Mineral fillers thanks to which the mixture is easier to work with;
• Pulp to strengthen the product as well as maintain its flexibility.

Fiber cement is a unique composite material from which fiber cement sheets are made. In addition to roofing, FIBRODAH also produces roof accessories: standard side parts, slats, special ridge elements and outer parts of the ridge itself.

FIBRODAH Fiber Cement Tile Characteristics

The roofing material looks like common sheet due to the waves that give the product strength. As for other performance characteristics, the roof from fiber cement favorably differs from a slate and other roofing materials.

FIBRODAH roofing is often called fiber cement tile, produced in the form of corrugated (profiled) sheets in various colors. Available in three series (Classic, Renaissance, Modern), which have different heights, weights, effective area, number of sheets per sq.m. Despite its diversity, all fiber cement roofing materials have same characteristics.

• Products can be easily cut with working tools.
• FIBRODAH roofing material can be installed at any inclination of the roof even where there is a steep inclination.
• The fiber cement tile has the optimum sizes, angular cuts and apertures that provide easy, fast and convenient installation.
• The sheets perfectly fit for roofs with complex geometry.
• The material has a pronounced aesthetic feature, and looks much more interesting than its analogues.

FIBRODAH sheet and profiled fiber-cement tile do not contain hazardous substances harmful for humans and the environment. Even more, the roofing manufacturing process does not involve the remnants of secondary raw materials.

The fiber-cement roof is fastened on laths with special self-tapping screws, which look like traditional screws used during works with a professional flooring or a metal tile. However, it has a special thread, facilitating screwing without compromising the integrity of the FIBRODAH sheets. In addition, each self-tapping screw has a rubber lining for tightness. In other words, both the material and its accessories provide a perfect installation with all the favorable consequences.
